I am an archaeologist specializing in museum studies and education. I’ve always been fascinated by the dialogue between past and present, and how history continues to live on through places, art, and people.
My work takes place between Sicily and Rome, two places that are far more than fields of study to me. They have played a fundamental role in shaping both my personal journey and my professional path. Over the years, I’ve taken part in numerous archaeological digs across Sicily and various regions of Italy, experiences that have enriched both my academic background and my perspective on the human stories behind the past.
Alongside fieldwork, I have developed educational and cultural projects for museums in Rome and Sicily, aiming to make our historical and artistic heritage accessible, engaging, and vibrant for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
I absolutely love working as a tour guide because I believe that sharing the story of a place means preserving its memory and honoring its value. For me, every tour is a meaningful connection, a shared exchange, and an opportunity to uncover the stories, emotions, and identities that time has not erased.
I believe that archaeology is far more than the study of the past; it is a powerful tool for understanding the present and fostering a deeper cultural awareness of the world around us.
