I'm an art historian specialized in decorative arts and ancient Sicilian jewellery. I’m also a goldsmith and coral engraver and I make decorative pieces inspired by my study and never-ending research into Sicilian monuments and treasures.
I studied at the University of Palermo where I have also worked in the cultural heritage sector for many years. My interests include crafts and old traditions. I constantly support and promote the importance of the oral and intangible heritage that is the essence of every specific culture.
For me it’s a great privilege and a joy to work as a tour guide because it gives me the chance to offer my knowledge and passion for my beautiful island to travellers from all over the world.
