Best activity on our 2-week Vacation!
Alessandro organized our guide to be Andrea - we ADORED Andrea!!! WOW, what fun!! Mt. Etna hike was BRILLIANT, both in beauty and in fun (also hiked off some of those cookies we'd been eating all over Sicily). Highlight was LAVA DUST SNEAKER SKIING (I named it, just like skiing snow powder in Colorado)!! Visit to the coast - Andrea made sure we got to taste some of the local specialties we'd missed. He took us to seaside town Acitrezza for granita & arancini (I was blown away by how one small shop could change my view on both foods.... fabulous!). We thoroughly enjoyed the drive with Andrea, learning about the area and talking about all sorts of things.

Fascinating Sicily
