I love being in contact with the wonderful nature of Sicily and fall in love with the breathtaking landscapes that only this island can give. 

I am an Archeo-anthropologist, I study human skeletal remains of Late-Antique people, by looking for the information held in the ancient cemeteries.

My great passion is photography and I would love to lead you in search of the most beautiful corners to imprint in your memory.

Uncovered Sicily tour of Agrigento
We took the 1/2 day tour of Agrigento with Uncovered Sicily. All was very good from all of our communication in advance to our tour with Salvatore. During our trip planning Uncovered Sicily was very responsive with regard to all of our questions and clearly outlined our options. Salvatore was a very good tour guide, he was knowledgeable and his descriptions, while information filled were conversational rather than lecturing. We never felt rushed on the tour and he responded easily to all of our questions. I can recommend Uncovered Sicily without hesitation.

Valley of the temples
We arranged our schedule just to have him as our guide and we were not disappointed. Such a lovely person and his knowledge and delivery were first class. What a privilege to be with him.

What a Fantastic guide!
We just returned from our time with Salvatore. What a treat to see the sites as well as the museum with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Salvatore added so much to our day and enabled us to imagine the temples from a historical context. We enjoyed him and appreciated his wealth of knowledge. What a Fantastic guide. Salvatore was wonderful!
Salvatore was wonderful! He provided so much insight, was funny, patient with our questions, and is clearly an expert. The tour definitely helped us appreciate the Valley so much more than if we had gotten an audio guide or just done it on our own.

Fantastic tour with an exceptional guide
Our tour was well beyond our expectations. Salvatore had intimate knowledge of the Valley of the Temples and the surrounding area, both having worked as an archaeologist and growing up in the area. His demeanor was both informative and personable.

Valley of the Temples Tour
Salvatore was excellent. We really enjoyed our tour with him. Extremely knowledgable, very courteous and helpful and excellent English. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Would highly recommend him.
