I am a child of Mount Etna, born and raised on its slopes. While studying to become an agronomist and a sommelier, I discovered my passion for sharing the stories, flavors, and traditions of my land and sea.
Since 2014, I have been guiding travelers and journalists in discovering Sicily through its authentic products and the passionate people who create them. I love telling the stories of small local producers and giving a voice to foods and wines that embody centuries of history, tradition, and craftsmanship.
I love the traditions and ancient wisdom of Sicilian farming culture. I enjoy combining this heritage with technical agricultural insights, creating a common thread between tradition and research. Every time I share the human and cultural value behind our local food and wine, I feel I am doing something important to preserve my homeland's cultural identity, and that is something I am truly proud of.
