I worked for twelve years for the EU information services in Sicily, Amsterdam and Brussels. While consulting for many rural development European projects, I increased my knowledge of the Sicilian territory, history, agriculture, culinary traditions and oenological heritage.

I love sharing my passion for Sicilian history, food, rural life and traditions with my visitors. I regularly lead food and wine tours all over Sicily for chefs and people working in the wine sector and I organise food and wine pairing small events not just in Sicily but also abroad.

The perfect host
With a group of 7 friends, I just did a wine tour of Eastern Sicily to try and bring myself up to speed on Sicilian wine. It all went swimmingly. Gianluca was the perfect host: very well-informed, kind and helpful. He really understood intuitively what we wanted out of the tour. Can't recommend his services highly enough.

Uncovered Excellence
Gianluca introduced us to Palermo with an overview walking tour in the old and new part followed by an outstanding dinner by a local chef in a small wine store with an incredible collection of Sicilian wines and a true character for a proprietress.
