I worked for twelve years for the EU information services in Sicily, Amsterdam and Brussels. While consulting for many rural development European projects, I increased my knowledge of the Sicilian territory, history, agriculture, culinary traditions and oenological heritage.
I love sharing my passion for Sicilian history, food, rural life and traditions with my visitors. I regularly lead food and wine tours all over Sicily for chefs and people working in the wine sector and I organise food and wine pairing small events not just in Sicily but also abroad.
