Sciacca's Olive Oil & Herbs: between Love Stories, Land and Flavor

Welcome to Sciacca, terrace overlooking the Mediterranean where the countryside offers excellent products, such as olive oil and aromatic herbs. These treasures will be the protagonists of our guided food tour, along with those who produce them out of love and passion: two couples in love and passionate about their land and its traditions.

Your day will start with the first family amidst a nursury that beckons with the essence of the Mediterranean. Here, you’ll discover an array of herbs, some beyond your imagination, as this family showcases dedication and passion. You'll be captivated by their stories as you're surrounded by the aromatic essence of Mediterranean flora and beyond. This sensory journey will continue with a mixology experience, where you will taste cocktails created with freshly harvested herbs and served with some homemade dishes.

Next, you will visit a farm run by another couple, which produces olive oil with love and care, nurturing the trees as if they were their children. You will walk among rows of centuries-old olive trees, immersed in the stories of this family and their commitment to each plant. After a technical tasting of various oils, which will allow you to savor the extraordinary quality of the product, you will all have lunch together with traditional local recipes that will enhance all the qualities of Sciacca's “green gold”.
