The small island of Alicudi is the most authentic and well-preserved island with its wild and adventurous soul.
On our private guided tour we will climb up the steep stairs and admire the indigenous vegetation of the Island and its wildlife by reaching the top of Mount Filo dell’Arpa. Today, the island has very few inhabitants; there are no paved roads; the landscape is characterized by the typical dry-stone walls that were used to define the fields’ boundaries and the only possible means of transport is climbing up the steep mule paths with a donkey or a mule.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: The difficulty level of the excursion is moderate, provided that participants do not have any respiratory condition or other significant health problems like high blood pressure. The elevation gain is 650 m.
