Lipari, the biggest among the Aeolian islands, boasts wonderful colors, crystalline sea, and breath-taking views. All this can be yours with our private cooking experience at Daniela’s, who will host you at her family villa featuring an unforgettable view of the old city.
You’ll start discovering the gastronomic traditions of the Aeolian Islands by making pasta from scratch and preparing a typical Sicilian sauce using local homemade products such as olive oil, tomatoes, capers, and basil. You will also prepare a traditional main course: Messina-style meat rolls or swordfish rolls (or “Parmigiana” for vegetarian guests).
At the end of the cooking class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the lunch you have prepared together with Daniela. To finish your meal on a sweet note, you will be served either a refreshing "granita" with cream and soft brioche or a classical "cannolo" as the dessert of your lunch. Various local wines will be offered to accompany all the dishes during this great culinary experience.
